Often I had fun when people use reply to ALL for Birth day wishes! There are so many such occasions!!
Following are few common misuse of mail
- Reply to All for Birth day / Anniversary wish and to say Thank You to a sender.
- Typing lengthy mail even though you can communicate the same in few lines. I don’t know who will read them!
- Send the mail to whole DL / Group even though the content is not relevant to them.
- Attach huge attachment even though you have an option of sharing the file and path of the same.
- CC your manager for silly items.
- Using the same subject line even though the discussion diverted to completely a different topic.
